1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the phmoderm platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account.

phmoderm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with phmoderm and use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. phmoderm reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Service is intended for users located in the Republic of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. If online gaming is prohibited in your location, you must not use the Service.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information.
• Maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phmoderm immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity. phmoderm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to phmoderm remains accurate and up to date. If your contact details, payment information, or other account data changes, you must update your account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account-related issues.

3.3 Verification Requirements

phmoderm may require you to complete identity verification procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phmoderm supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). You agree that:

• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as required by law.
• You will only deposit funds that belong to you and originate from a legitimate source.
• phmoderm does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose its own fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with phmoderm's standard procedures. You agree that:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name.
• phmoderm reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) typically process within 30 minutes to 24 hours, while bank transfers may take 1-3 business days.
• phmoderm does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may impose its own fees.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the platform.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

phmoderm is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that raises suspicion. Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be frozen, and funds may be withheld pending investigation and cooperation with relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

phmoderm offers various bonuses and promotions to players. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. You agree to:

• Read and understand the terms of each bonus before claiming it.
• Comply with all wagering requirements and restrictions associated with the bonus.
• Forfeit any bonus and associated winnings if you violate the bonus terms.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

phmoderm reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging, low-risk betting).
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the phmoderm platform are provided by certified third-party game providers and operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. You agree to:

• Play games in good faith and not attempt to manipulate or exploit game mechanics.
• Accept that all game outcomes are final and binding.
• Report any suspected technical errors or game malfunctions to phmoderm support immediately.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. phmoderm will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, refund affected bets to player accounts. phmoderm is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected bet amount.

6.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will continue to be processed according to the game rules. You may reconnect to view the outcome of the bet. phmoderm is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets or play games.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the platform or its games.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing other players or phmoderm staff, using offensive language, or engaging in disruptive behavior.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user's account or any restricted areas of the platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by phmoderm

phmoderm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gaming, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting phmoderm support. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion is part of phmoderm's commitment to responsible gaming.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting phmoderm support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, phmoderm and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
• Interruption of service or technical failures.
• Unauthorized access to your account.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes.

phmoderm's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

phmoderm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
